(“Conifex”) (TSX: CFF) announced today that it plans to release its third quarter 2025 results before market open on Friday, November 14, 2025. Conifex has scheduled a conference call at 8:00 AM Pacific time / 11:00 AM Eastern time on November 14, 2025, to discuss its financial results. Conifex also announced today that PenderFund Capital Management Ltd. has, following its internal diligence procedures, increased the aggregate principal amount available to Conifex under its existing credit facility by $4.0 million. Following the increase, the aggregate principal amount available under the facility will be approximately $35 million, subject to certain conditions.

Conifex expects to repay the additional amount from a combination of cash released from working capital coupled with the proceeds of one or more additional financings. There is no guarantee that additional financing will be available to Conifex on reasonable terms, if at all.
